Amador’s Wellness Center strives for inclusivity and is available to all students, as a safe place to destress, relax and reset. During the 2024/2025 school year, the Wellness Center had over 1000 visits where students stayed for a short break in the calming environment and used the wide variety of calming items available. The Wellness Center offers coloring, fidgets, relaxing music, crafts and more. The Wellness Center has a full time staff member supervising its daily operation, and is open Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 2:30pm. Our counselors are available to meet with any student requiring additional support.

In order to keep the Wellness Center running smoothly, we hope to keep it well-stocked with water cooler, hot tea and hot chocolate, fidgets, and other comfort items for students to access as needed. We hope to continue expanding resources, supports and Wellness Center offerings to encourage daily self-care and wellness practices to best meet the needs of our student population.
